Accountabilities - Conduct research and gather data on industry trends, benchmarking, and customer behavior - Analyze data using statistical techniques and provide insights to the CEO and other executives - Complex statistical concepts are explained in a way that clients can understand and advise on strategy. - Collaborate with other departments to develop business strategies and action plans - Create reports and presentations for the CEO and executive team - Manage projects related to business analysis and research - Surface optimisation opportunities leading to a decrease in the cost or an increase in revenue Knowledge and Experience : - Should know and understand the FMCG domain - Prior experience in data analysis and storytelling - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including peers, and external partners. - Good communication and presentation skills. - Strong analytical and planning skills. - Manage communication across multiple departments
