
Role Overview:
A leading EV Technology client of ours is looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional product development programs. The role will involve managing programs from strategic planning and product development through launch, with ownership of timelines, budgets, governance, risks, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and govern end-to-end product development programs across engineering and business functions.
- Establish and standardize Agile/Hybrid development frameworks, stage gates, milestones, and delivery processes.
- Drive program governance, product health reviews, executive dashboards, MIS, and roadmap reporting.
- Maintain RAID logs, identify technical and operational risks, and drive timely mitigation and resolution.
- Own CapEx/OpEx planning, budget allocation, resource-cost forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple program streams.
- Manage critical-path activities, cross-functional dependencies, and steering committee reviews to ensure on-time and quality delivery.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders to resolve blockers and maintain program momentum.
- Provide data-driven insights to leadership on program health, risks, dependencies, financials, and delivery status.
Key Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of dedicated Program/Project Management experience, preferably in product development, automotive, EV, mobility, electronics, or technology environments.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end product development lifecycles and complex, multi-functional programs.
- PMP certification is mandatory.
- PgMP, PMI-ACP, CSM or similar certifications will be an advantage.
- Strong expertise in risk management, governance, stakeholder management, financial planning, and delivery management.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Asana, or similar program management tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and executive stakeholder-management skills.
