We are looking for a Program Manager who has strong experience in scheduling, cost control, resource planning, and managing multiple projects simultaneously. The role is not responsible for project delivery, as execution ownership will remain with the respective Project Managers.

The selected candidate will primarily act as a schedule owner, ensuring that all projects run in parallel and remain aligned with defined timelines and resources.

Job Description:

- We are looking for a candidate who has experience handling multiple projects simultaneously under one umbrella, not someone managing only one project at a time. The candidate should be capable of overseeing multiple project managers, guiding teams, and ensuring effective coordination across projects.

- The role is focused on overall program governance, including time management, resource allocation, and administrative oversight across projects. The Program Manager will not be directly responsible for individual project execution or delays but will ensure smooth coordination and alignment across all projects.

What You Will Be Assessed On:

- The candidate is expected to have a finger on the pulse of all ongoing project activities across the organization - particularly in terms of timelines, capital allocation, and resource allocation.

Job Responsibilities:

- Overall program monitoring and project planning to ensure coordination among multiple critical parts.

- Resource utilization and availability tracking across projects.

- Enabling smooth execution and inter-team collaboration for timely delivery

- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, cost, and schedule targets.

- Create and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource schedules, and progress trackers.

- Coordinate and align efforts of cross-functional teams including design, R&D, production, assembly, quality, procurement, and logistics.

- Track project milestones, identify bottlenecks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.

- Facilitate regular project review meetings with internal teams and leadership.

- Maintain strong stakeholder communication - internal and external - for clarity on project progress and expectations.

- Manage project budgets, timelines, and change requests efficiently.

- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and documentation for leadership review.

- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement in project execution.

- Mentor junior team members in project management practices.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics preferred).

- MBA or Project Management Certification is an advantage.

- 8-12 years of experience in handling multi-disciplinary engineering or product delivery projects, preferably in EPC, defense, or technology manufacturing sectors. At least 2 years of experience as a Program Manager is preferred.
