Role Overview:

The Delivery Team Program Manager (Offshore - India) will be responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent IT projects within our offshore development center in India. This role involves close collaboration with onshore stakeholders, client representatives, and the offshore development teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Program Manager will play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, mitigating risks, and fostering strong communication across all project stakeholders, directly impacting client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies to ensure efficient project execution.

- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively to minimize potential disruptions to project timelines and deliverables.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and collaboration.

- Monitor project progress, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and accountability.

- Implement and maintain project management methodologies and best practices to improve project delivery efficiency and quality.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution.

- Manage client relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards and compliance requirements to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Proven expertise in project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

- Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

- Ability to analyze complex problems, develop creative solutions, and make sound decisions.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience working in a global delivery model, managing offshore teams.

- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.

- Adaptable to working in a hybrid work environment based out of Bangalore or Ahmedabad.
