Company is building the foundational intelligence layer for robotics. They are building a unified AI model capable of learning from large-scale real-world interactions and generalizing across robot types, tasks, and environments.
This is an opportunity to join a company that is defining the future of robotics and embodied intelligence.
About the Role:
As a Program Manager Data Collection & Annotation Operations, you will play a critical role in building and scaling the operational infrastructure that powers the companys robotics foundation models.
Robotics AI is only as good as the quality and scale of the data used to train it. This role sits at the center of that effort, helping create and scale the data collection, annotation, quality, and execution systems required to train next-generation robotic intelligence.
You will work closely with operations teams, annotation vendors, tooling teams, researchers, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high-quality data is collected, processed, and delivered at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end program management for egocentric, UMI, teleoperation, and robotics data collection workflows
- Coordinate execution across operations teams, annotation partners, tooling teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Build scalable operational processes, execution frameworks, and performance metrics
- Own timelines, quality, throughput, operational excellence, and delivery across multiple concurrent programs
- Identify bottlenecks, solve operational challenges, and continuously improve workflows
- Establish quality control mechanisms and reporting systems to ensure consistent data standards
- Drive cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, highly ambiguous startup environment
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Operations Excellence, or similar execution-focused roles
- Experience working in startups, high-growth companies, consulting, operations, or program management environments
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to drive execution independently and operate effectively in ambiguity
- Demonstrated ownership mindset with strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and operational thinking capabilities
- Educational background from top-tier Engineering and/or MBA institutions preferred
Why This Role?:
This is not a traditional Program Management role.
You will be helping build the operational engine that powers one of the world's most ambitious robotics AI initiatives. The work sits at the intersection of AI, robotics, large-scale operations, data systems, and execution excellence.
For candidates who enjoy solving complex problems, building systems from scratch, and working on frontier technology, this is a rare opportunity to contribute directly to the future of Physical AI.
