Key Responsibilities - Drive org-wide goal-setting and planning process - Work with founders and functional leaders, to design and deliver high-impact strategic initiatives involving process excellence/improvement, aligned with business priorities - Develop and implement processes commensurate with the size, scale, complexity, and business needs. - Research and benchmark these processes against industry best practices - Program Manage these business excellence initiatives, till they are institutionalized - Identify, and adopt technology wherever relevant to automate processes - Help founders and functional leaders to keep track of above programs, departmental KPIs and help with data-driven decision making Preferred Background and Experience : - Postgraduate in business from Tier I MBA school with 3-7 years' experience in internal / external strategic consulting teams - Strong problem solver, who can understand objectives and bring innovative, yet realistic solutions - Extremely data driven, with experience in operations strategy, operations excellence, and change management - Willingness to work in fast paced, and innovation driven business environment. - Excellent communicator, who can create and deliver executive presentations and facilitate large, cross-functional working sessions - Self-driven individual, who takes the lead, is responsible for the outcome, and partners across the organization to influence all levels of management and peers
