Unstop Assessment Specialist
Unstop is hiring an Assessment Specialist who can take ownership of Unstops assessment product and scale it to newer heights.
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Develop, manage, and publish logical & technical simulator-based coding/MCQ-related content
- Create new coding questions/content (not limited to Generic programming, Database, Front-end, Full-stack, Data Science, Machine Learning, and/or Business Logic questions)
- Maintain the pool of tech-based, gamified, and general aptitude questions to meet client requirements
- Understand the requirements of the clients, and the role offered by them & design a suitable assessment accordingly
- Should have experience in developing and managing the end-to-end assessment product
- Assess questions created by the team and provide coaching to make their code/questions more efficient
- Solve queries that the internal teams might have related to the assessment
- Perform quality checks to ensure problems created are as per the desired standards and plagiarism-free
Requirements:
- Must have a B.Tech or an equivalent degree, i.e BCA/ MCA
- Should be actively involved in competitive programming
- Must have internship/freelance experience in the same field
- Preference will be given to a candidate with full-time experience in the relevant field
