Job Role: Program Manager(CEO's Office) Job Location: HSR layout, Bengaluru Experience: 5 Years(Minimum) Key Responsibilities: 1) Project Management: Oversee all aspects of the search project including project planning, resource allocation, and management of timelines and budgets. 2) Search Consultant Management: Manage and coordinate the work of the search consultants assigned to each project. 3) Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to optimize the search process, increase efficiency, and enhance the client experience. 4) Reporting: Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on the progress of each search project. 5) Team Management: Manage a team of project coordinators and other support staff as needed to ensure the successful execution of the search projects. 6) Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies and procedures. 7) Formulating, organizing and monitoring inter-connected projects 8) Deciding on suitable strategies and objectives 9) Coordinating cross-project activities Qualifications: 1) Degree in business, management, or related field. Master's degree preferred. 2) At least 5 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field. 3) Proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget. 4) Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. 5) Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 6) Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 7) Experience in the executive search industry or related fields is a plus.
