Program Manager - Central Operations

About this Role : We are looking for a Program Manager with a proven track record in strategic planning, business development, data analytics, and operations management. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving our business growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring the success of our programs.

Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans for key business initiatives.

2. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless program implementation.

3. Data Analytics: Leverage data analysis to drive insights and make informed decisions for program improvement.

4. Process Digitization: Drive process digitization and automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency.

5. Quality Management: Implement quality control strategies to ensure program excellence.

6. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to optimize program delivery.

7. E-commerce Operations: Manage logistics planning, supply chain, vendor relations, and process improvement for e-commerce operations.

8. Value-Added Services: Lead the development and growth of value-added services (VAS) to enhance customer satisfaction.

9. Program Scaling: Successfully launch and scale key programs to improve user retention, revenue, and market share.

10. Business Insights: Provide valuable business insights through data analysis and reporting.

11. Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Skills & Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

2. 5+ years of experience in program management, business development, and operations.

3. Strong background in data analytics, business intelligence, and process digitization.

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.

5. Excellent communication and leadership skills.

6. Strong project management and supply chain management skills.

7. Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives to successful outcomes.
