Responsibilities:
- Build systems and processes for Sales, Finance, Product, Marketplace, and Operations.
- Run company-wide dashboards, KPIs, and data packs; ensure data hygiene.
- Drive zero-to-one initiatives: new categories, new channels, new GTM motions.
- Partner with Offline Sales to improve distributor systems, reporting, and cadence.
- Run Weekly Business Reviews with functional heads; identify gaps & unblock execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional launches, programs, and strategic priorities.
- Own internal communication, alignment, and follow-ups.
- Lead special projects as required; no task is outside scope.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and Excel/data skills; ability to build dashboards and insights.
- Exceptional ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
- High ownership, bias for action, strong written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and solving unstructured problems.
