Role Overview:

As a Program Manager, you will be at the helm of driving strategic IT programs within the dynamic world of Equity and Commodity Derivatives. Your day-to-day will involve orchestrating complex projects, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless delivery of solutions that directly impact our clients and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, business, and client-facing units, to translate business needs into actionable plans and deliver exceptional results. This role is pivotal in enhancing our trading capabilities, improving operational efficiency, and ultimately driving revenue growth.

Lead and manage program covering end to end setup of Equity and Derivative exchange.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and manage program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals for Equity and Commodity Derivatives initiatives.

- Develop and maintain detailed program plans, schedules, and budgets, tracking progress and proactively identifying and resolving potential issues for on-time and within-budget delivery.

- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and accountability to achieve program objectives and deliver high-quality results for internal and external clients.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks, developing contingency plans to minimize disruptions and ensure successful program outcomes for the organization.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, providing regular updates on program status, risks, and issues, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the program lifecycle for key stakeholders.

- Oversee the implementation of IT solutions, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements, delivering robust and compliant systems for the business.

- Manage client relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring program deliverables meet or exceed their expectations, fostering long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex IT programs within the financial services industry, specifically related to Equity and Commodity Derivatives.

- Proven expertise in risk management, including identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks to ensure successful outcomes.

- Must possess experience in Equity, Commodity, Derivatives exchange setup or Brokerage platform setup covering Risk management and back-office setup.

- Strong client management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and understand their business needs.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Deep understanding of Equity and Commodity Derivatives markets, trading systems, and regulatory requirements.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment and adapt to changing priorities.
