
As Program Manager, Platform Services:
Looking for a highly driven and strategic Program Manager to lead a flagship retail solution deployment in partnership with a leading Global Conglomerate. In this high-impact role, you will be the linchpin of the project, taking full ownership of its go-to-market (GTM) strategy, commercial structures, and operational execution.
These are highly innovative solutions leveraging AI and other modern technologies to transform the lives of hundreds and thousands of kirana store owners and other small business owners.

You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively with multiple stakeholders to provide meaningful insight. Operating in a fast-moving and sometimes ambiguous environment you will work autonomously taking full control and responsibility for achieving business objectives.
Your key roles and responsibilities:
Program Ownership & Execution:
- Own the Metrics & Outcomes: Take ultimate responsibility for the success of the deployment. Key metrics include the number of live stores, the accuracy of reported metrics, and the performance/speed of the application on the ground;.
- Ensure Project Governance: Define clear roles and responsibilities for all stakeholders and ensure strict adherence to project timelines.
- Drive Review Mechanisms: Lead regular review meetings to keep the project on track, ensuring both execution and project scope are strictly managed.
Strategy & Go-To-Market:
- Drive the GTM Strategy: Define the rollout roadmap, identifying which customer cohorts and geographies to target first, and craft compelling sales pitches for ground teams.
- Formulate Pricing Structures: Identify and define the optimal pricing models for different customer cohorts.
- Establish Operational Processes: Set up robust, frictionless mechanisms for price collection and revenue realization.
Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Act as the central bridge between Jumbotail's internal Tech and Product teams and external partners.
- Manage External Partners: Work closely with team members and leadership from our Global Conglomerate partner to ensure alignment and momentum.
- Empower Retailers: Build strong relationships with store owners deploying the solution, ensuring their feedback is integrated into the product loop.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: MBA from a top-tier institute.
- Experience: At least 3+ years of total professional experience.
- Background: Proven track record in Consulting, Program Management at new-age digital firms, or high-impact Strategy/Founder's Office roles at well-known startups.
- Skillset: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, high comfort with data-driven decision-making, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
- Bonus Requirement: Prior experience dealing with foreign companies, specifically in East Asia or Japan, is highly preferred and will be considered a strong advantage.
- Proven experience in managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience in defining new processes and setting up benchmarks.
- Proficient in Microsoft; Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong written and oral communication skills
