Job Description (JD):

We are hiring an experienced Program Manager - Automobile to lead and manage cross-functional programs from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and monitor automobile programs end-to-end

- Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams

- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and program deliverables

- Act as a single point of contact for internal and external stakeholders

- Track program KPIs and report progress to senior management

- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 8-12 years of experience in program or project management in automobile industry

- Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and risk management skills

- PMP / Prince2 certification preferred
