Role Description:

We are building one of the largest AdTech platforms for growth in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, partnering with global leaders such as Outbrain, Criteo, Pinterest, and CJ. As an Associate Strategy / Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed strategic initiatives, supporting leadership in decision-making, and identifying market opportunities across multiple geographies. In this role, you will collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, marketing, and operations teams to improve overall business performance and efficiency. What You Will Do:

- Analyze performance and operations: Evaluate business performance, operating models, and market conditions to guide leadership decision-making and identify new opportunities.

- Conduct market and competitor research: Track industry trends, market movements, and competitor activities to deliver actionable insights and recommendations.

- Build analytical and financial models: Develop financial projections, scenario analyses, and risk assessments to support strategic planning and business decisions.

- Transform insights into strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to define requirements, design relevant analyses, and provide structured recommendations that influence strategic initiatives.

- Leverage data for impact: Work with large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across various business functions.

- Enhance product and market strategies: Contribute to improving product offerings, customer engagement, and market penetration strategies through research-backed insights.

- Optimize business processes: Assess and refine internal processes to drive efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.

- Support strategic collaborations: Participate in due diligence, partnership assessments, and integration efforts for business alliances and collaborations.

- Track and report outcomes: Measure the success of strategic initiatives, document learnings, and communicate progress to leadership teams through structured reporting.

What You Bring to the Table:

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 35 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or business analysis, ideally within the technology, media, or digital marketing sectors.

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. A Masters degree or MBA is an advantage.

Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and PowerPoint/Google Slides for presentation development.

- Experience using data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar platforms is beneficial.

- Strong foundation in financial modeling, data visualization, and strategic analysis.

- Mindset: Curious, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and growth-oriented environment.
