Job Summary


We are looking for an Academic Program Manager with 35 years of experience to join our team in New Delhi.

In this role, you'll be responsible for making sure our academic programs are high-quality and run smoothly.

Youll be the main point of contact for students, teachers, and staff, and you'll help plan for the future of our programs while making sure everyone has the support they need to succeed.


Key Responsibilities


Program Management & Design:
Help create, launch, and manage academic programs and classes.

- You'll work with teachers to create course materials and make sure everything lines up with our schools main goals.

- Assessing Program Success: Use feedback from students, teachers, and others to see how well our programs are working.


- You will write reports on what you find and suggest ways we can make things better.


- Student Support: Come up with ways to keep students involved and help them stay on track to graduate.


- You will address any questions or concerns students have about their classes or programs.


- Working with Teachers & Staff: Be the main contact person for teachers, administrators, and students.


- You will help teachers with their classes and organize opportunities for them to improve their professional skills.

- Budget Oversight: Handle the money for our programs.


- This includes creating a budget, making sure resources are used wisely, and keeping track of all spending.

- Strategic Planning: Help us think about and plan for the future of our programs.


- You will look at data to spot trends and help decide what programs we should offer next.

- Rules and Standards: Make sure all our programs follow the required rules and meet all official standards.


- You will prepare documents for official reviews and stay up-to-date on any changes in education policies.


Qualifications


Experience: 3-5 years of experience in managing academic or educational programs.


Education: A Bachelors degree in a relevant field is required.


- MBA Preferred.


Communication Skills: Excellent at talking with people and writing clearly.


Leadership Skills: The ability to guide and support a team of teachers and staff.


Problem-Solving Skills: You should be able to identify issues and find good solutions quickly.


Organizational Skills: You must be highly organized, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.


Financial Skills: Experience with managing a budget and keeping track of spending
