About the Role:
We are looking for a driven and execution-focused professional to join the Program Management team.
The role will involve driving strategic programs, improving operational efficiency, managing cross-functional initiatives, and ensuring effective execution against business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs.
- Define program objectives, KPIs, timelines, milestones and success metrics.
- Collaborate with Product, Operations, Sales, Finance, Technology and other cross-functional teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable processes and solutions.
- Monitor program performance and prepare regular business updates for leadership.
- Drive data-driven decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage program risks, dependencies and escalations to ensure timely delivery.
- Develop dashboards and reports to track critical program metrics.
- Drive process improvement and automation initiatives wherever applicable.
- Manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and execution teams.
- Support and mentor program/project team members.
What We're Looking For:
- 1 - 5 years of experience in Program Management, Project Management, Business Operations or a similar role.
- Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical and execution skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Good people-management skills with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
- Strong ownership mindset with a track record of delivering measurable operational results.
