Role Overview:
- Drive the monthly and quarterly Group performance review process.
- Consolidate performance across businesses, functions and key strategic initiatives.
- Develop a clear and concise view of performance against annual plan, strategic objectives, prior-year performance and key business KPIs.
- Identify significant exceptions, deviations and emerging risks.
- Distil large volumes of business information into the 3-5 biggest enterprise-level gaps requiring leadership attention.
- Translate identified performance gaps into specific corrective actions.
- Work with business and functional leaders to establish action plans, owners, timelines, expected outcomes and milestones.
- Monitor progress and ensure actions remain on track.
- Track whether corrective actions are actually translating into improved business performance.
- Ensure closure and accountability rather than merely reporting issues.
- Own the preparation and coordination of monthly and quarterly enterprise performance reviews.
- Establish and maintain an enterprise-level KPI framework.
- Define clear performance metrics and reporting standards across businesses.
- Continuously improve the quality and relevance of management reporting.
- Build early-warning indicators for key business and strategic risks.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise stakeholder map.
- Identify key internal and external stakeholders based on strategic importance and influence.
- Identify upcoming high-priority meetings, events and relationship touchpoints.
- Coordinate preparation for critical stakeholder engagements.
- Track key commitments and follow-ups arising from senior leadership interactions.
- Highlight relationship risks, gaps and opportunities to the Chief of Staff.
- Work across Strategy, Finance, Business, Operations, HR and other functions to drive enterprise priorities.
- Identify interdependencies and unblock issues where possible.
- Act as a central coordination point between the Chief of Staff and relevant business/function leaders.
Candidate Profile:
- 5-8 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business performance, program management, transformation or CEO/Executive Office roles.
- Experience in enterprise performance management, business reviews or cross-functional transformation programs preferred.
- Experience working with senior leadership/CXOs strongly preferred.
- Management consulting experience from a top-tier firm would be an advantage.
