Role Overview:

As a Program Manager at The News Keeper, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives and ensuring the successful delivery of complex projects. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to define project scope, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. This role directly impacts the user experience and business growth by ensuring timely and efficient execution of key programs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders to align with strategic goals.

- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations to ensure timely completion of projects.

- Manage project budgets and track expenses to ensure projects are delivered within approved financial parameters.

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues to minimize disruptions and ensure project success.

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and transparency.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders to keep them informed.

- Implement change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimize resistance to change.

- Manage and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.

- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards to maintain quality and consistency.

- Evaluate project outcomes and identify areas for improvement to enhance future project performance.

- Proven experience in stakeholder management, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

- PMP certification is preferred.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
