Role Overview:

We are looking for a sharp, resourceful, and execution-focused individual to work closely with the CEO as part of the CEOs Office. This role combines program management and operations, requiring someone who is both intellectually strong and street smartable to drive strategy while ensuring flawless execution on the ground.

Key Responsibilities:

Program Management:

- Drive planning and execution of high-priority, cross-functional initiatives

- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and success metrics

- Track progress, manage dependencies, and ensure timely delivery

- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and review mechanisms

- Identify risks and proactively solve for bottlenecks

Operations:

- Own and improve day-to-day business operations and processes

- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable operational solutions

- Work closely with teams to ensure smooth execution and accountability

- Step in to solve critical operational issues and unblock teams quickly

- Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement

CEOs Office:

- Act as an extension of the CEO on key priorities and special projects

- Translate strategic goals into actionable execution plans

- Coordinate across teams and ensure alignment with leadership objectives

- Support in reviews, decision-making materials, and follow-ups

- Proven ability to manage both programs and operations

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- High ownership, urgency, and attention to detail

- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in startups, consulting, operations, or program management

- Experience working with founders/leadership teams is a strong plus

- Strong skills in Excel, presentations, and project tracking tools
