Program Manager

Description :

The Global Program Manager will lead enterprise-wide initiatives across geographies, ensuring seamless alignment between global headquarters and regional GCC operations. This role drives strategic transformation, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities :

- Lead multi-country programs, ensuring alignment with global business objectives.

- Drive digital transformation, automation, and innovation initiatives across GCCs.

- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders across diverse geographies.

- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and compliance-ready reporting.

- Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and value

creation.

- Ensure risk management, regulatory adherence, and ESG compliance across programs.

- Mentor and develop high-performance teams for leadership pipeline readiness.

Qualifications & Experience :

- MBA/PGDM from a premier institute

- 1015 years of experience in program management, consulting, or global operations.

- Proven track record in managing large-scale, cross-border transformation projects.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Exposure to digital, analytics, and emerging technologies preferred.
