About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead delivery across multiple engagements in B2C-heavy industries including Airlines, Aviation, Transportation, and Hospitality. BFSI and TMT experience is a plus.
The role requires managing large-scale delivery programs, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring operational excellence, stakeholder trust, and commercial outcomes. You will drive delivery-led growth, optimize portfolio performance, and implement scalable governance and delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery across multiple engagements, ensuring predictability, quality, governance, and risk management.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with senior client and internal leadership; ensure executive communication is crisp, clear, and actionable.
- Drive delivery-led growth by identifying opportunities, expanding program scope, and partnering with sales/account teams.
- Establish and scale program operating models: governance, controls, dashboards, quality gates, and escalation mechanisms.
- Own commercial outcomes: revenue realization, margins, utilization, forecasting, and contract compliance.
- Develop, mentor, and retain delivery leaders; build high-performing teams and ensure organizational readiness.
- Stabilize troubled programs, execute recovery plans, and enforce best practices for consistent delivery excellence.
Required Qualifications
- 1522+ years in technology consulting / services / program management with proven delivery leadership.
- Experience managing multiple programs or portfolios, preferably with large cross-functional teams.
- Strong program governance, risk management, and escalation handling experience.
- Experience in shaping solutions end-to-end: discovery roadmap proposal/SOW delivery.
- Excellent people leadership: team development, succession planning, and retention.
- Proven ability to drive operational efficiency, predictability, and client satisfaction.
Preferred Industry Experience
- Airlines, Aviation, Transportation, Hospitality (B2C-focused delivery).
- BFSI and TMT exposure is a plus (high-scale, multi-stakeholder engagements).
