Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage AI, Data Science, and Digital Economy skill development programs from inception to execution.

- Oversee the development, implementation, and delivery of educational initiatives related to emerging technologies.

- Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure alignment with project goals and outcomes.

- Monitor and evaluate program progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.

- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.

- Create detailed program roadmaps, timelines, and reports to communicate progress and outcomes to senior leadership.

- Support the design of training materials and curriculums for various skill development initiatives.

- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in AI, Data Science, and Digital Economy.

- Foster relationships with relevant government bodies, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders, particularly within CSR-based initiatives.

- Contribute to the expansion of the companys skill development network and partnerships.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Education, Data Science, or related field.

Experience :

- 7-10 years of program management experience in skill development, education, or technology-led initiatives.

- Proven track record in managing AI, Data Science, or Digital Economy skilling programs.

- Familiarity with CSR-based projects such as IndiaAI, Skill India, NSDC, or similar national-level skill development initiatives will be a strong advantage.
