Description:
Responsibilities Include:
- Project Leadership: Direct the full lifecycle management for numerous intricate projects, from initial scoping and conceptual design through to execution and final delivery.
- Team Management: Supervise a team of project managers, ensuring that projects and documentation are completed within the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Client and Team Communication: Facilitate communication with clients and internal teams regarding project scope, design, and product demonstrations. Ensure comprehensive testing of the final product prior to launch.
- Customer Service Orientation: Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns and maintaining a client-first approach throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Account Management, Operations and Technical teams to understand high-level requirements. Evaluate and confirm proposed estimates and timelines.
- Content & Inventory Management: Oversee the overall inventory and content on the platform, coordinating with product and partnership teams to ensure updates and availability are timely.
- Product Collaboration: Partner with the Product Team on new initiatives and enhancements for existing products.
- Process Establishment: Develop and maintain strong processes to track project deliverables and milestones throughout the project lifecycle. Identify, manage, and resolve project issues.
