Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Strategy / Program Management to support high-impact strategic initiatives across markets. This role blends data-driven problem-solving, business analysis, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with senior leadership to drive insights, improve processes, and enhance growth strategies across APAC.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Analysis & Insights
- Analyze business performance, operating models, and market conditions to support leadership decisions.
- Conduct deep-dive research on industry trends, customer behavior, and competitive movements.
- Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate opportunities, risks, and trade-offs.
Data-Backed Decision Support
- Work with large datasets to identify trends, performance drivers, and growth levers.
- Translate data into actionable recommendations for commercial, product, and operational teams.
Program Management & Execution
- Support execution of strategic initiatives across multiple geographies.
- Track progress, identify roadblocks, and report outcomes and learnings to stakeholders.
- Assess and refine internal processes to drive operational efficiency.
Business Growth & Partnerships
- Contribute to market penetration strategies and product enhancement initiatives.
- Support due diligence for partnerships and integration exercises.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, program management, or business analysis.
- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- High proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
- Experience with SQL, Tableau, or other data analysis tools is an advantage.
- Strong research, analytical, and financial modeling capabilities.
