Job Title: Program Manager - Executive Office
Location: Ahmedabad
Reports To: Executive Director
Role Overview:
We are seeking an analytical and results-driven Program Manager to drive the operational and strategic priorities of the Executive Directors office. The ideal candidate brings a background in program or business operations, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, and a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver measurable outcomes.
This role acts as a strategic partner to the Executive Director, ensuring that business initiatives, operational plans, and organizational processes run efficiently and are aligned with the firms overall goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Analytical Execution
- Translate the Executive Directors strategic vision into actionable work plans and measurable objectives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to inform decision-making and identify performance gaps across functions.
- Track KPIs, business metrics, and project outcomes; prepare performance dashboards and reports.
- Support financial and operational planning, including cost optimization and resource allocation.
Program & Project Management
- Lead and coordinate key strategic initiatives from planning through execution.
- Build project timelines, track deliverables, and ensure accountability across teams.
- Identify risks, anticipate challenges, and implement corrective measures proactively.
- Drive operational efficiency through process improvement and systems implementation.
Cross-functional Leadership
- Act as a coordination hub between leadership and functional teams (Finance, HR, Operations, Strategy, etc.).
- Manage stakeholder alignment on priorities and execution timelines.
- Ensure information flow, governance, and progress tracking for all strategic programs.
Operational Oversight
- Oversee daily operational functions and ensure seamless execution of the firms business activities.
- Evaluate existing processes and recommend automation, optimization, and scaling strategies.
- Support the Executive Director in decision-making through structured analysis and insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Management, or related field.
- experience in program management, business operations, or strategic planning roles.
- Strong analytical mindset; comfortable with data, reporting tools, and financial models.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Asana, Notion, or Monday.com.
- Experienced in managing programs, operations, or transformation initiatives.
- Able to balance execution with strategy detail-oriented yet capable of big-picture thinking.
- Operates with ownership, urgency, and discretion in a fast-paced leadership environment.
