Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Program Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive cross-functional collaboration, manage multiple projects under a program, ensure alignment with business goals, and deliver measurable outcomes on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

- Define program scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.

- Develop detailed program plans, schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.

- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple projects to ensure timely and quality delivery.

- Manage dependencies, risks, and issues proactively across projects within the program.

- Establish program governance frameworks including steering committees and status reporting.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align program objectives and expectations.

- Facilitate clear communication and reporting across business units, technical teams, and external partners.

- Manage stakeholder feedback and ensure continuous engagement throughout the program lifecycle.

- Track program budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.

- Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning across multiple projects.

- Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.

- Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks.

- Implement change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of program outcomes.

- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success.

- Prepare regular program status reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.

- Conduct post-program reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or PMP certification preferred.

- Proven experience 3+ in program or portfolio management, preferably in [industrye.g., IT, finance, healthcare].

- Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).

- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.

- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Proficient in program management tools (MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, etc.

- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large budgets.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results
