
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Program Manager to serve as a key liaison in the Chairmans office. This role is ideal for a proactive and adaptable individual who can manage multiple priorities, provide strategic support, and ensure the seamless execution of key initiatives for the Chairman.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support & Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.
Project & Initiative Management: Assist in the coordination and execution of strategic initiatives and special projects, including those within group companies, gaining significant exposure and experience.
Research & Reporting: Conduct in-depth research and prepare detailed reports, presentations, and briefing materials for the Chairman's review.
Operational Excellence: Coordinate and manage the Chairman's schedule, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure timely and efficient task completion.
Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
Experience & Profile:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role, supporting a Chairman or other senior executive.
- Proven experience in managing or contributing to projects across various group companies.
Technical & Software Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
- Exceptional skills in building compelling MS PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials.

- Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.

Education: An MBA post-graduate degree is required.
