Program Manager

Top-tier Indian unicorns & soonicorns are looking for a highly organized and strategic Program Manager with 3-5 years of experience to lead their most critical, cross-functional initiatives. You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale programs that are key to the company's strategic objectives. What You'll Do (Your Responsibilities):

- End-to-End Program Ownership: Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, company-wide programs from inception to completion.

- Stakeholder Management: Act as the central point of contact, managing communication and aligning expectations with all stakeholders, including senior leadership.

- Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and manage dependencies across multiple workstreams and teams.

- Define Processes: Establish and improve program management processes, frameworks, and best practices to drive efficiency and predictability.

- Track & Report: Define program KPIs and success metrics, and provide regular, clear updates on program status, progress, and outcomes to leadership.

What We're Looking For (Your Qualifications):

- Experience: 3-5 years of experience in program management, project management, or consulting, with a history of managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.

- Methodology Expertise: Strong knowledge of project and program management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall). PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a strong plus.

- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and influence teams without direct authority, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Strategic Thinker: The ability to understand the big picture and how individual projects contribute to broader strategic goals.

- Exceptional Organizer: Outstanding organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detail.
