Program Management Consultant - TMT - MBB Consulting Firm - Contractual

Our client is a global top-tier consulting firm supporting a growing player in the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) space, is building out its India business operations as part of a strategic expansion initiative. The organisation operates as a software reseller and IT services provider, and this engagement will play a key role in shaping how the India business is structured, executed, and scaled.

The consultant will be embedded within this business build program, taking ownership of critical workstreams while supporting the overall program governance. This is a high-impact role suited for someone who enjoys operating in fast-evolving environments and contributing directly to the setup of a new business vertical.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and deliver 2-3 core modules within the India business build program

- Support the overall PMO, including planning, tracking milestones, and ensuring cross-workstream alignment

- Work closely with senior stakeholders to help define and operationalise key elements of the new business setup

- Structure problem statements, develop recommendations, and drive execution across priority initiatives

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timelines, dependencies, and deliverables are effectively managed

Your Background:

- 4-6 years of professional experience

- Educational background from IIT/IIM; prior consulting experience preferred

- Experience in the TMT sector (Technology, Media, Telecom) is desirable

- Strong problem-solving, structuring, and stakeholder management skills

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-phase environment with evolving priorities

Other Details:

This is a contractual role with a duration of 12 months. The role is ideally based in Bangalore, though a hybrid model can be considered if required. Some travel may be expected (approximately twice a month) depending on project needs.
