Role Brief :

- We are seeking an experienced Program Leader - Workday to lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of Workday initiatives across our organization.

- This role will serve as the strategic and operational lead for the Workday platform

- Ensuring alignment with business goals, efficient process integration, stakeholder engagement, and optimal system performance.

- The Program Leader will collaborate with functional leaders, IT, and external partners to drive successful implementation, enhancements, and support of Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Finance, Payroll, Talent, etc.).
