Description:
- Role-Program Leader HR (Workday Implementation)
- Location Gurugram / Noida / Hyderabad / Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Workday Management & HR Support Configure and maintain Workday modules, lead EIB mass loads, reporting, and security administration; collaborate with HR/global teams, review policies, support contracts, governance, compliance, and vendor management
- Risk, Analysis & Process Optimization Maintain trackers, perform audits, conduct root cause analysis, ensure compliance, manage external counsel/vendors, and provide strategic support across employment law, corporate advisory, stakeholder engagement, and global operations
Should have detailed, hands on experience into below modules:
- Business process configuration
- Security
- Recruitment
- Compensation
- EIB
- Reports
- Talent
- Time and Absence
- Calculated fields
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7+ years overall experience, 5+ years in Workday (2+ years implementation)
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, SaaS design, Workday security, and reporting
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Success Criteria:
- Expertise in Workday HCM, EIB, reporting, and employment law compliance; ability to manage multiple projects efficiently
