Program Lead - Transition - BPM/BPO

We are looking for experienced Transition Leaders to manage large, complex transition programs end-to-end in a dynamic BPM/BPO environment.

Role Overview:

This role will drive overall transition strategy, planning, financials, governance, and execution across multiple programs. It requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and deep expertise in transition frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end transition programs (planning - execution - stabilization)

- Define and implement transition strategy & customized execution plans

- Own transition financials - budgeting, tracking, and cost optimization

- Drive innovation & continuous improvement in transition methodology

- Build and manage knowledge management frameworks & best practices

- Ensure strict compliance to transition frameworks & governance standards

- Manage contractual discussions with internal & external stakeholders

- Lead resource planning, mobilization, and allocation across projects

- Drive governance cadence, reporting, and risk mitigation frameworks

Eligibility Criteria (Strict Filters):

- 8-15 years of experience in Transition / Program Management (BPM/BPO only)

- Proven experience managing large-scale transition programs

- Strong exposure to transition financials, governance & compliance frameworks

- Experience in client-facing roles & global stakeholder management

- MBA / Postgraduate preferred

- Strong leadership, execution, and influencing skills
