We are hiring a Program Lead to drive end-to-end delivery of advanced analytics and AI solutions. This role involves translating business problems into scalable data-driven solutions, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify high-impact analytics/AI opportunities with clients

- Translate business problems into structured analytical solutions

- Lead end-to-end project delivery with data science and engineering teams

- Manage stakeholders, governance, and ensure solution adoption

- Track and communicate business impact using relevant metrics

- Mentor team members and develop reusable frameworks/best practices

Requirements:

- 6- 8 years of experience in Analytics/Data Science/AI consulting

- Strong understanding of ML/AI techniques and business applications

- Experience across the full analytics lifecycle (scoping to deployment)

- Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)

- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and storytelling skills
