Program Head - Youth Skill Development

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and deliver the programs strategic vision by translating goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

- Ensure timely achievement of milestones with a strong focus on impact, efficiency, and sustainability.

- Work closely with senior leadership to prioritize high-impact initiatives and drive continuous program improvement.

- Act as a key liaison between the program, senior management, government bodies, and external partners.

- Build and manage strong relationships with government stakeholders, donors, and implementation partners.

- Collaborate with HR and department heads to ensure smooth program operations, staffing, and performance management.

- Monitor program centres and field operations to ensure quality delivery and adherence to standards.

- Lead, mentor, and manage large, diverse teams across locations.

- Track program performance using data, dashboards, and reports to inform decision-making and course correction.
