
Description:
The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of entrepreneurship ecosystem building, MSME development, and livelihood promotion, with a demonstrated ability to design and manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs across geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy and Program Leadership:
- Design and oversee innovative programs that foster inclusive, green, and resilient enterprise ecosystems.
- Ensure alignment of entrepreneurship initiatives with broader mission on sustainable development and green livelihoods.
Program Design, Implementation & Scale-up:
- Build and strengthen local enterprise ecosystems, including capacity building, access to finance, market linkages, and enabling policy framework.
- Oversee effective program delivery, M&E, and learning systems to ensure impact and scalability.
Partnerships and Ecosystem Building:
- Represent the organization in national and international forums on entrepreneurship, MSME development, and inclusive growth.
- Drive resource mobilization through concept notes, proposals, and partnerships with funders.
Team Leadership and Capacity Building:
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing within the program team.
- Build internal capacities on entrepreneurship ecosystem development and inclusive business models.
Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in program leadership, ecosystem building, multi-stakeholder management, and policy advocacy.
- Deep understanding of inclusive development, womens entrepreneurship, and green business models.
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-donor programs.
- Strong analytical, communication, and partnership-building skills.
- Prior experience working with bilateral/multilateral donors, foundations, and government programs is highly desirable.
