Role Overview:
- The Associate Program Director will play a strategic leadership role, accountable for a multi-year roadmap, stakeholder management, financial planning, and portfolio execution.
- You will lead complex, cross-functional programs-including new product introductions, technology deployments, and connected care solutions-while ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Manage mature and small-scale programs with well-defined delivery methodologies; lead large-scale, strategic initiatives end-to-end.
- Lifecycle Ownership: Oversee planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk/issue management, and stakeholder communication.
- Financial Accountability: Lead portfolio-level AOP/Budget planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with design, quality, and global teams to achieve program goals and regulatory compliance.
- Executive Engagement: Present updates, insights, and analysis to senior leadership.
- Process Excellence: Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Digital Dashboards: Lead the design and development of interactive Power BI dashboards for program performance, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's/Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- 18+ years of IT experience with 10+ years in project/program management, preferably in Medical Devices.
- Proven expertise in Power BI/dashboard development and program performance tracking.
- Certifications: PMP (or equivalent), CSM, SAFe/RTE (ART experience).
- Strong knowledge of MedTech product/software/R&D, product development, and regulatory processes (IEC 60601, IEC 62304, ISO 14971, ISO 13485).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or Microsoft Project/ProChain scheduling experience is a plus.
