Program Director - Education

Location : Mulund, Mumbai

CTC : 25 LPA

We are looking for a senior leader from the skilling, vocational education, institutional transformation, or industry ecosystem to drive large-scale transformation of a premier government ITI under a PPP model.

- This is a high-impact leadership role focused on institutional transformation, industry partnerships, placements, infrastructure development, and future-ready skilling initiatives aligned with industry demand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead institutional transformation and strategic program execution

- Build strong industry partnerships, placement pipelines, and apprenticeship opportunities

- Drive launch of new-age skilling programs in EV, AI, Automation, Solar, Robotics, etc.

- Strengthen placement outcomes, employer engagement, and industry MoUs

- Oversee infrastructure development, innovation labs, and smart learning ecosystems

- Work closely with government bodies, skill councils, and industry stakeholders

- Build sustainable models for fee-based programs and institutional growth

- Lead faculty development, governance systems, and operational excellence

Ideal Candidate:

- 15-20 years of experience across skilling, vocational education, institutional leadership, or industry

- Strong network within Mumbai's industrial ecosystem and employer landscape

- Experience working with government bodies such as DVET, NSDC, MSSDS, Sector Skill Councils, etc.

- Proven experience in placements, industry relations, or institutional transformation

- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and execution capabilities

- Fluency in Marathi is mandatory
