We require a Program Director with the following skill set in order to build the practice from scratch. This is a 0-1 journey for this business vertical so candidates who can - hustle, manage uncertainties, face rejections , failures etc yet move on and build a successful business need only apply. 1)Overall 12-15 years of experience of which 8+ years in Campus hiring is mandatory 2)Establish, maintain and strengthen relationships with universities & Colleges (Supply Side) and Client Relations ( Demand Side ) 3) Maintain close coordination with the demand side in understanding the requirements , campus hiring numbers for the given period and fulfilling the requirements 4) Work closely with the Institutes ( Supply) in understanding the skill set available 5) Maintain close coordination with the student placement cell 6) Work with the Clients in formulation of JDs , presentations etc 7) Conduct pre placement talks 8) Being Ambassador for the demand side 9)Plan and execute all on-campus, virtual and onsite activities to attract and engage top talent 10)Experience with planning and executing the recruitment process and strategy 11)Use social media to influence and attract talent- Increase engagement in Social and Digital Channels
