Program Delivery Lead - Product & NPI

As the Program Delivery Lead - Product & NPI, you will be responsible for driving the successful execution of new product development and introduction programs from concept to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role requires a strong leader with a proven track record of managing complex product development programs and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management. Your work will directly impact the company's ability to bring innovative products to market and maintain a competitive edge.

Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end program delivery for product development initiatives

- Drive project planning, scheduling, and execution

- Manage New Product Introduction (NPI) processes

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and operations

- Monitor program performance, risks, and dependencies

Required Skills:
