About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Program Business Analyst to join our team in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and data analysis within the telecom industry, with proven expertise in project management tools and data visualization platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze program performance and support strategic decision-making.

- Gather, document, and translate business requirements into actionable insights and project deliverables.

- Utilize Atlassian Jira suite for efficient project management, tracking, and reporting.

- Develop advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and monitor program KPIs.

- Perform data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and present findings to stakeholders.

- Support program planning, execution, and governance activities to ensure alignment with business goals.

- Provide analytical support for program optimization and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of experience in program business analysis or related roles.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in program or data analysis within the telecom industry.

- Proficiency in Atlassian Jira suite for project management and tracking.

- Advanced expertise in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
