We are hiring a Program Ambassador for Tundra Technical Solutions - Bangalore, to support one of our US-based product clients specializing in intelligent data infrastructure, cloud data services and data management solutions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for client engagement, relationship management and supporting overall business growth initiatives.
Experience: 7- 12 years
Location: Bangalore, WFO
Shift: General Shift
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations.
- Identify and research potential leads and business opportunities.
- Expand relationships with existing customers by mapping their ongoing and future needs.
- Maintain and update the sales database and client records.
- Undertake client visits to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships.
- Continuously improve sales processes to drive sustainable growth.
- Conduct market research via job portals and LinkedIn to understand hiring trends and CTC benchmarks.
- Follow up with clients on open positions, service offerings, and overall satisfaction.
- Act as a communication bridge between key customers and internal teams.
- Update client and position details in HRIS systems.
- Handle invoicing and payment follow-ups.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in client engagement / program management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working of ATS tool.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
