Progility Technologies Pvt Ltd is a leading systems integrator in the field of communications and collaboration systems for corporate and government customers in India.

With a 30+ years track record & 1400 large corporate & enterprise customers (like ICICI, IOCL, ITC Hotels, LIC, SBI etc. ) the company is now set to embark on a new phase of growth and organizational development, and we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager with strong Sales & Business Development skills to work closely with the Regional Sales Manager/ VP.

The base location will be Mumbai.

Objectives of this role

To address complete ELV Sales in the mid & large Enterprise of AV / Voice/ Video/ Data Collab/ IT Infra/ Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance Products.

Responsibilities:

- Driving System Integration (IT Infrastructure, Networking, Collaboration, Voice, Cybersecurity & Automation) business for Govt of India.

- Will be responsible for the sales of ELV Systems comprising of CCTV Systems / Data (Active & Passive) / EPABX / Public Address System / Access Control System / BMS / Fire Suppression systems in the enterprise market.

- Should be able to design the systems, interact with the various OEMs, build a proposal along with the associated commercial terms and conditions, make technical presentation to the consultant / other stake holders and commercially close the order in our favour.

- Should interact with the project execution team and vendors for implementation and closure of the order.

- Will be responsible for collection of the due payment from the customers.

- Led business expansion across Defense and Oil sectors, managed ICT bids nationwide.

- Strong connects with Crestron, Poly, Extron, Logitech, MTR, Zoom, CISCO, Juniper, Aruba.

- Ability to manage end-to-end customer transactions (Built to close).

- Build strong relationships with partners- OEM, local partners, consultants.

- Ensure face time with customers for selling and conduct sales presentations

- Coordination with internal practice leads & service team.

- Work with cross-functional teams for new business opportunities.

- Coordination with the service department for execution of sales orders.

- Regularly review and report on business development activities.

- Knows the territory very well.

Required Skills and Abilities:

- Candidate should have 7-12-year experience on Sales (For all verticals - Audio/Video/Voice/ Data/ Networking/ Cyber Security/ Surveillance)

- Ability to identify and build relationships with senior-level decision-makers.

- Ability to effectively learn technical products, services, and solutions and readily apply new knowledge required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.

- Goal oriented and organized team player.

- Ability to travel frequently and effectively to work
