Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in trading and dispatch solution segments, especially with brokers, exchanges, utilities, large enterprises, and fintech platforms.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, providing tailored proposals and solutions to optimize trading operations and dispatch processes.

- Conduct product presentations, demos, and consultative meetings to understand client needs and position dispatcher and trading products effectively.

- Prepare pricing strategies, process negotiations, and drive the full sales cycle from lead generation through deal closure and onboarding.

- Achieve and exceed established revenue targets and business goals, reporting pipeline progress, forecasts, and wins to management.

- Garner and leverage industry intelligence to refine commercial approaches and product offerings, keeping abreast of competitor activities and solution advancements.

- Collaborate internally with product, technical, and logistics teams to scope solutions, ensure successful solution implementation, and drive customer satisfaction.

- Represent the company at relevant trade expos, conferences, and industry networking events.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in business, finance, engineering, supply chain, or related field; an MBA is a plus.

- 5-7 years of experience in solution selling, preferably in trading platforms, dispatch/SCADA systems, logistics/automation, or fintech.

- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, pipeline management, and client relationship building.

- Strong knowledge of trading technologies, dispatcher or TMS/WMS platforms, and practical understanding of industry workflows.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven record of consultative selling.

- Ability to travel for client meetings, networking, and industry events as required.

- Presentation skills to effectively pitch and demo solutions to senior stakeholders.

Professional Qualifications:

- Master's or Bachelors degree in business, finance, engineering, logistics, or technology; an MBA or specialized certifications are a plus.

- Proven experience in solution sales, ideally 8+ years in trading, dispatch, logistics, or supply chain verticals.

- Teamwork, resilience, and adaptability in high-pressure, target-driven settings.
