Progenesis - Specialist - Marketing & Branding

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:


- Develop and implement comprehensive offline marketing and branding strategies aligned with Progenesis Fertility Centers business objectives and brand vision.

- Identify high-impact BTL activation opportunities to increase brand presence and patient footfall in and around clinic locations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (digital marketing, operations, clinical, sales) to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging across all channels.

Campaign Management:


- Lead the end-to-end management of offline marketing campaigns, including ideation, budgeting, vendor selection, execution, and performance tracking.

- Negotiate contracts, costs, and deliverables with external vendors and agencies to optimize marketing spend without compromising quality.

- Ensure all offline marketing materials (hoardings, flyers, brochures, signage, space branding) are designed, produced, and installed on time and in compliance with brand guidelines.

Branding & Installation:


- Oversee the conceptualization and rollout of branding installations at all clinic locations to ensure brand consistency and visibility.

- Manage vendor relationships and installation teams to ensure quality control and timely deployment of branding assets.

- Continuously evaluate and improve branding materials based on patient feedback and market trends.

Event Management & Activation:


- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events, health camps, workshops, and other outreach programs to engage prospective patients and build community trust.

- Lead logistics, vendor coordination, staffing, and post-event analysis to maximize event effectiveness and ROI.

- Use event marketing insights to refine future offline campaigns and patient engagement strategies.

Analytics & Reporting:


- Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of offline marketing campaigns using KPIs such as patient inquiries, footfall, brand recall, and ROI.

- Present regular reports to senior management with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership & Development:


- Mentor and guide junior marketing staff and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure

seamless campaign execution.

- Drive a culture of creativity, accountability, and results-oriented execution within the marketing team.

Qualifications & Skills:


- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum 10 years of extensive experience in offline marketing, branding, and campaign management, preferably in healthcare or service industries.

- Proven expertise in BTL activations, vendor negotiations, offline campaign execution, and event management.

- Strong understanding of brand building, patient engagement, and community outreach strategies.

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze market trends and leverage data to optimize marketing efforts.

- Proficient in MS Office Suite, marketing software/tools, and basic design understanding.

- Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a high degree of professionalism.

Preferred:


- Experience working within the healthcare or fertility sector.

- Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns combining offline and digital channels.

- Familiarity with healthcare regulations related to marketing and patient communications
