KRA's:

- Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and company

- Working with the sales team, operations, tech, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure from other departments dedicated to the same client account to enhance business with the client and ensure maximum client satisfaction

- Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with internal and external stakeholders

- Managing existing customers of the client and bringing in new business from the respective clientele base

- Work with tech on new developments.

Skills Required:

- Stakeholder Management

Qualifications :

- MBA graduate from a Tier-1 B School

- Prior experience in managing clients would be preferred but not a must

- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories

- Ability to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions

- Strong follow-up skills, with the ability to work across functions to enable a high degree of business growth
