Job Responsibilities
1. Brand & Communication Strategy:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) to drive awareness, adoption, and trust among retailers, distributors, and partners.
- Craft brand narratives that position Progcap as a trusted enabler for last-mile credit and financial solutions.
2. Channel & Field Marketing:
- Drive distributor and retailer engagement through on-ground activations, POS innovations, loyalty programs, and sales enablement kits.
- Design community-building initiatives (e.g., Samvaad, Retail Gurukul, ProgShakti) to strengthen long-term relationships with retailers.
- Partner with sales and collections teams to create region-specific campaigns that accelerate credit disbursement and repayment.
3. Campaign & IP Management:
- Conceptualize and roll out large-scale thematic campaigns (festive promotions, product launches, digital storytelling IPs like Bharat Fintech Story).
- Track campaign ROI and optimize efforts across multiple touchpoints - digital, on-ground, and internal platforms.
- Innovate new engagement formats that drive incremental business (e.g., "Double Diwali Dhamaka," "Fizz-o-Mania").
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product, Sales, Collections, and Risk teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Partner with alliances (Pepsi, Coca-Cola, FMCG brands) to run co-branded activations that scale outreach.
- Coordinate with agency partners for creatives, media planning, and compliance-driven execution.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
- Monitor marketing performance across disbursement, AUM growth, distributor stickiness, and engagement metrics.
- Deliver regular dashboards and insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Drive cost efficiency and reduce campaign TAT through process optimization.
