We are looking to hire a strong Credit Leader who will oversee credit risk management for the Anchor portfolio, ensuring risk alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
1. Credit Risk Assessment & Underwriting
- Anchor Evaluation: Lead the evaluation of high-value corporate credit proposals for "Anchors," focusing on financial health, industry standing, and supply chain stability.
- SCF Product Expertise: Design and oversee underwriting for products like Factoring, Purchase Financing, Invoice Discounting, and Channel Finance.
- Decisioning: Act as the approval authority for credit limits within the delegated power and present high-value cases to the Credit Committee.
2. Portfolio Management & Monitoring
- Surveillance: Monitor the health of the portfolio and track key metrics
- Early Warning Systems (EWS): Implement and monitor EWS to identify potential stress in specific sectors, Anchors or Geographies.
3. Policy, Compliance & Regulatory Governance
- Framework Development: Update and maintain the Credit Risk Policy in alignment with RBI's Scale-Based Regulations (SBR) and Factoring Act requirements.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to KYC/AML norms and internal audit standards.
4. - Team Handling: Experience team leader with ability to work along cross functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Education: CA/MBAs with Tier I and II institutions preferred
- Experience: 8-10 years in credit risk management, with a focus on supply chain finance or SME lending.
- Skills: Inquisitiveness, Learning mindset, Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills; proficiency in risk management tools.
