Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Relationship Manager to drive book growth and enhance distributer / dealer satisfaction at his base location. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in dealing with distributers & dealers of white goods . This role requires proactive client engagement, effective cross-selling, and consistent field activity.
Designation: Area Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management & Onboarding : One needs to Onboard new distributers & sub dealers under Progcap Program
- Lead Generation: Generate leads and drive sales for acquiring new retailers and distributors.
- Book Growth: Drive the growth of the branch's book by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for new business and expanding current client portfolios.-
- Seek out a 360- view on the Distributor to seek additional business opportunities within the same group.
- Product Cross-Selling: Promote and cross-sell additional financial & SAAS products, including term loans, insurance, and product enhancements to existing customers.
- Client Visits: Conduct 4-5 client visits daily to ensure regular interaction and address any issues or opportunities.
- Quality Portfolio - by regularly meeting the Distributor & end customer to maintain a healthy portfolio with low delinquencies.
- Distributor & Retailer Coverage: Ensure regular engagement with distributors and retailers to foster strong business relationships and support growth.
- Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates to the Branch Head on client activities, sales performance, and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2-10 years of experience in sales and client management roles, with a background in consumer durables.
- Education: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Skills: Strong sales and customer service skills, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Travel: Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with a requirement for daily client visits.
