- Lead academic and research initiatives in the Law School.

- Upgrade and enhance Teaching- Learning processes to global standards.

- Provide strategic leadership in curriculum development, faculty development, and institutional quality assessments.

- Build and mentor cohesive academic teams.

- Establish and strengthen industry- academia linkages.

- Contribute towards national/international accreditations and rankings (NAAC, NIRF, etc.).

Educational Qualifications:

- LL.B., LL.M., and Ph.D. in Law (mandatory).

- UGC- NET qualification will be advantageous.

Experience & Skills Required:

- 8-15 years of experience in legal education (teaching, research, and administration).

- Strong record of academic achievements and publications.

- Experience in handling accreditation, rankings, and compliance.

- Senior- level administrative experience in higher education.

- Demonstrated ability to set academic goals and drive excellence.
