The details are below:-  Responsibility Overview : The Production Support Manager is:   Accountable for setting, meeting (or exceeding) and constantly improving the SLA's agreed with both internal and external - customers- with regard to all Production Services of - customer- and is accountable for ensuring high level of customer satisfaction in the Production Services  Responsible for all aspects of Production Support - including Strategy, Planning, Resourcing, Process, Training & Mentoring, Tracking, Reporting and On-going demonstrable improvements  Key Areas of Production Service includes :  Provisioning of Services for all the underlying elements (servers, system, network, database, application) including - procurement & vendor management (where applicable), installation, configuration, patching, maintenance.  Level 1 Technical Support to Customers  Incident and Problem Management  Ensure that the Production Services and associated Process are fully compliant with industry wide best practices on Information Security Processes and inline with the company defined process  Must maintain expert knowledge in related fields and keeping up to date with the latest technologies and methodologies, and apply the same as relevant to meet the objectives  Should have the ability to provide hands on support and assistance when required  Key Selection Criteria  14-16 years experience of successfully executing and managing IT Infrastructure / Production Support projects / functions.  Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Technologies, Linux, and Cloud (specifically Web based applications, AWS)  Demonstrated understanding and establishment of systems, applications and process in a complex environment.  Proven ability to plan and manage financial budgets, people and process with demonstrated ability to lead and effectively communicate within the team and with other customers / stake-holders.  Problem Solving Skills and a strong Process & Operational orientation.   Ability to exercise initiative and high level judgement and ability to work independently to meet objectives.  Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.   If you have the above expertise and are interested in this position, please send your updated resume alongwith the following details:-   Name of current company : Current work location : Total experience : Relevant Infrastructure Management experience : Relevant experience in establishment of systems, applications and process in a complex environment Relevant Production Support experience : Relevant L-1 Tech support experience :  Current CTC (Fixed, Variable) :  Expected CTC : Notice period :  If notice period is negotiable, how soon can you join : Reason for change : Skype id :
